NOTD : Elianto Blue Splash

Hi guys!

After only 2 days, I'm yet posting another NOTD. :) So yesterday, my housemates and I decided to go out for the day just roaming around town. I didn't do much shopping though but while we were out, I was determine to find a dark blue polish. I realize that I didn't have one in my stash. Long story short, I ended up buying Blue Splash from Elianto. Here are pictures~



Me likey!! Of course I would have loved it if there were some silver glitters in it. But the slight shimmer makes it look wonderful too. :D This is 2coats and no topcoat. Application was smooth while drying time took a little longer than usual (about 5-10mins). Yay! Can't wait to show these off at class tomorrow! Have a rocking day ahead!

Now for my mani. :) Today I'm using OPI Siberian Nights. This is a really really dark purple that looks almost black indoors. But of course when under the sunlight, the purple shows.



Pretty pretty colour! I like! :D This is 2 coats and no topcoat cos it's already sooo glossy when it dries! I'm really digging this color now. Before I was like 'meh~'. Hahaha! Anyways! I'm off to dinner! Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day ladies!! :D

Fuh! that took awhile. :D Now on to my NOTD which is Catrice's Be My Millionaire. I absolutely love love this color! I don't know how to explain the color but to me it looks more like a muted gold+silver? Lol! Told you I'm bad at this. Anyways, this is 2coats but is actually a one coater! Woot! :D So here are pictures~

Day 1

Day 2 : Added a small orange-y rhinestone to each of my accent fingers topped with a thick coat of topcoat. :D But my middle and thumb had dents and scratches on it already. :(

And this here is my POTD using Essence Twins : Romeo + Juliet. They're awesome! I seriously want to get the whole collection now. Romeo is the silver grey-ish base whereas Juliet is the sparkly topcoat. LOVE!! :D

So this turned out to be a really long post~ Haha! But thanks for looking ladies! Happy happy day to you!! :D

NOTD + POTD : Essie Lapis Of Luxury + Catrice Be My Millionaire

Hi ladies!

Here's my NOTD for the past week. So sorry for being away and not posting anything, my cousin came down to Kuala Lumpur and I hung out with him and my best bud the entire week. It was a much needed vacation on my side. Anyways, I've been rocking this mani the entire time and oh! I am totally loving Essie!! It really is awesome, application was a tad bit disappointing but as soon as it dries to that glossy smooth finish, I was in love.. Plus! It's wear and tear was the best that I've ever encountered so far! Mind you, we had a pretty wild week. ;)

The 2pictures above was taken on my last day of vacation. Notice the slight chips and wear on my right hand? :) Oh! And the smudges was the result of me painting my nails the night before.

And this here is my POTD. :D I used Catrice's Be My Millionaire which I got from a swap I did with Gwen from Lacquer Cocktail. I'll post pictures of my swap with her next! Here's my POTD that I made last night. I saw this design in the Japanese Magazine : Nail Max online. Sorry that I don't have the original picture, it's currently in my laptop which is being sent to the shop for repair. :( So, i'm using my bf's laptop at the moment. Hehehe.. So! I've got only 1 not-so-great picture of my POTD here but u can imagine that my right toes are identical to the left ones with the exception that I switched up the colors too. I hope I didn't make you confuse there. :D Well anyways, here it is~

Monday's here so I've got my personal cure for the blues. Cute dots! :D Saw this design on fuckyeahprettynails' tumblr here. I love going through nail art pictures and can be on the net for hours just looking at the pics before deciding what I wanna do with my nails. So I decided to give this mani a go minus the silver glitters cos I don't have any. >.<
If you enlarge the pic you'll notice that both of my ring fingers designs are smudged. :) Hehe.. It was because I did this mani before going to bed at 2am last night. The things I do for a mani.. :D Thanks for viewing and hope your monday's going well!

NOTD : Purple Gradient. :D

Today's NOTD is a revamp of my last mani. :D This is another attempt of mine in doing gradients and I think it looks allright, right? It's not really a subtle gradient like my last one cause I didn't use the sponge technique this time.

Hello hello!

Today's NOTD is Skin Foods' Jojoba Pure Nail Sugar Jasmine! Such a sweet name for a sweet colour no? This nail polish isn't mine but my housemates'. She's into Purples and Taupes. :)







What do you guys think? Is it not lovely? This is 3coats with TopCoat. Application was a dream! 1st coat applied sheer but by the 3rd coat it was pretty opaque. Ahh.. I have no idea why the colors of both pictures differs so much. But the actual color is more close to the 2nd picture. And I don't know if you notice it but there's actually some silvery shimmer to it too. Real pretty! :D
